Run for Their Lives is a yearly 5k/Fun Run which takes place in Lebanon, PA. Zawadi's story

Zawadi’s house was in terrible condition when an AFCA Volunteer with a Purpose team visited in summer of 2011.  The team rolled up their sleeves and got to work.  In a week’s time, the house went from derelict and dangerous to a tidy, strong, well-build house for Zawadi, her guardians and cousins.  While visiting Zawadi in July 2012, we found that the house we built looks GREAT!
